All of Corkers staff and some Corkers friends gathered to meet Princess Anne as she arrived by helicopter to the factory in the Cambridgeshire Fenlands north of Ely, Cambridgeshire.
HRH Princess Anne was greeted by Mr Ross Taylor, founder of Corkers Crisps and enjoyed a tour of the factory to see how the crisps are made. Afterwards HRH gave long service awards to members of the Corkers team. HRH Princess Anne spent about 90 minutes with us and went away with gifts of crisp, which she said she intended to eat before her grandchildren could get them!
